CNSW Event Entry Policies and Procedures

Online Registration Close-Off: Is midnight 10 days prior to the event date and is in place to give handicappers and race organisers time to organise the race. Late entries for Open scratch events attract late fees after this date. Entries for Open handicaps and NSW championship events will not be accepted after the close-off date.

Technical Problems: Members who experience any issues with the online race entry system or has difficulty with entering an event must either email or contact Cycling NSW at nsw.entries@cycling.org.au by 11am the morning after the event closes otherwise entry into the event cannot be guaranteed. We will not be accepting late entries where the close-off date has been extended.

Refund cut-off date: is 8 days prior to the event and is the cut-off for withdrawals to receive a refund without producing a medical certificate Any refund within 8 days of an event will require a medical certificate. Notification should be sent to nsw.entries@cycling.org.au. Cycling NSW pays out the entry fees to the host club on the Thursday prior to the event and is unable to give riders refunds if they withdraw after such date. Riders who wish to apply for a refund after this date need to apply directly to the host club. Please note that any refunds issued attract a $4 transaction fee.

Race Credits: Are no longer offered by Cycling NSW.
