MEMBERSHIP TRANSFERS
 

Club Membership Clearance:
  1. Any member requesting a clearance must receive in writing a letter from his / her club confirming that the member is not under suspension, cited to appear before his club or the Federation and is unencumbered.
  2. The clearance letter must be given to the Secretary of the club he / she is applying to join. No application shall be considered without the production of this clearance letter and payment of transfer fees if applicable.

No application of a rider transferring from another club or State will be processed unless the Affiliation form is accompanied by the Transfer form and a Clearance letter on a CLUB LETTERHEAD from the rider’s previous club

Transfer Fees: All Categories $100.00
The Members Old licence plus member’s clearance from the previous club, transfer form and transfer fee MUST accompany the transfer application.
Cycling NSW will not process the transfer without a clearance letter.

No fee applies if transfer accompanies 2007 renewal processed between 1/11/06 and 31/1/07.

Clearance required where a member is either current or non financial in current year plus previous year.

Transfers fee will be reduced to $50 where a member physically moves residence from country to city or reverse or from country to country location. No discounts to apply for metropolitan transfers or team transfers.
